Terms and Conditions for E-Commerce Store

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the use of the Chillboarders Aotearoa e-commerce store ("Store") located at www.chillboarders.co.nz. By accessing and using the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Store.

1. Orders

2.1 All orders placed through the Store are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

2.2 The prices and availability of items on the Store are subject to change without notice. We will inform you if an item you have ordered is not available or if the price has changed.

1. Payment

3.1 Payment for items ordered through the Store must be made by credit card or other payment methods accepted by us.

3.2 Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

3.3 By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your credit card or other chosen payment method for the full amount of the purchase.

1. Delivery

4.1 We will deliver the items you have ordered to the address specified by you.

4.2 Delivery times are estimates only and we will not be held liable for any delay in delivery.

4.3 If an item is not in stock or is out of stock, we will inform you and give you the option to cancel your order or wait until the item becomes available.

1. Returns and Refunds

5.1 If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement.

5.2 If you change your mind about an item, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

5.3 To return an item, please contact us at info@chillboardersaotearoa.com to obtain a returns authorization number.

5.4 Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

6.2 We will not disclose your personal information to any third parties except as necessary to fulfill your orders or as required by law.
